Production line generally consists of spray room, suspension chain and oven. Glass bottles and the front water treatment in particular need to pay attention on the sewage discharge problem. As for the quality of glass bottle spraying,it refers to water treatment, surface of the work-piece cleaning, hook electrical conductivity, size of the volume, amount of powder spraying, and the level of the operator.
It is recommended to choose the following methods for trial.
1.Pre-processing segment.The pre-spraying treatment section of the glass bottle includes pre-stripping, main stripping, table adjustment, etc. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main stripping part should not be too low, so it needs to be kept warm.Otherwise the treatment effect is not ideal.
2.Pre-heating section. After the pre-treatment, it will enter the pre-heating section, which generally takes 8-10 minutes. The glass bottle had better make the sprayed workpiece keep some residual heat when it reaches the powder spraying room, so as to increase the adhesion of the powder.
3.Bottle blowing cleaning section. If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece is relatively high, this section is essential. Otherwise if there is a lot of dust adsorption on the workpiece, the surface of the processed work-piece will have a lot of particles, reducing the quality.
4.Dusting spray section. This section is the most critical, it is the technical problems of powder duster master to create good quality. Paying for good technology masteris very worthwhile.
5.Drying section. This section is to pay attentions on the temperature and baking time. Generally powder temperature of 180 ~ 200 degrees is better, specific to depend on the work-piece material. The distance of drying furnace from dusting room should not be too far, 6 meters better commonly.
