Warmly celebrate the successful firing of our No.4 kiln
Our company held a grand ignition ceremony for the newly built No. 4 furnace and started the heating klin process on December 10, 201. The whole supervisor of company witnessed this exciting moment.
At 06:38 a.m., the company's chairman Mr Tang lit the torch, then the kiln headquarters general director Mr Wang and deputy general director Mr Li passed the fire to successfully ignite the hot air kiln. The melting pool spray red flames, winning the warm applause of the presence of personnel.
The melting area of No.4 furnace is 146 m2, the output is 320 tons/day. And it is equipped with 3 sets of EMHART technology 12 sets of double drop machines, 6 sets of appearance, 6 sets of comprehensive inspection machines, and 6 sets of Italy intelligent palletizer. The annual output of high-end reduction and lightweight beer bottles is 150,000 tons, meeting the demand of high-end beer filling.
All the members of the kiln headquarters were living in the construction site, paying close attention to the heating curve and changes of the kiln, working together and operating meticulously to ensure the safety and smooth operation of the kiln in 300 hours, laying a solid foundation for the efficient operation of the kiln, and creating conditions for the production on schedule.
